I specialize in using yoga-based tools such as breathwork, meditation, grounding and awareness practices, and other nervous system regulation techniques to address burnout, stress, anxiety, grief, and energy limiting conditions. Together we create a brave space to reconnect with your True Self through an individualized, comprehensive and holistic treatment plan.

Collective gatherings are extremely powerful for healing and growth. Vulnerability within the confines of a brave space is like a healing balm for the soul. We will meet virtually to hold space, share stories, contemplate, learn, and grow together. Check out the group offerings for different community series.
live workshops
Join me for live workshops online. We will learn together in a brave space and community. In-person workshops for local Wisconsin folks will occasionally be offered as well.

who do i work with?
caregivers of all kinds + women in transitionary times are my primary areas of focus —
Caregivers and householders who are experiencing burnout, stress, anxiety, grief + women in big transitional phases of their lives (i.e. stepping into motherhood, career change, divorce, perimenopause/menopause, moms of teens, empty nesters, relocation) can run into mental health struggles, fatigue, loss of sense of self and develop an overall sense of dis-ease. Yoga Therapy’s tools are extremely powerful and effective in rebalancing the effects of struggle associated with transitionary times, caregiver burnout and general mental health off-balance. Together we create an individualized, curated wellbeing plan to regulate your nervous system and empower you to remember your wholeness and feel vibrant again.
